Flip Flop Fort Return & Refund Policy:

Returns can be made for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided the FLIP FLOP FORT is in unused condition in its original packaging and box.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of a returned item, as long as the above conditions are met, please note this refund policy only applies if you purchase the Fort from us directly. Shipping costs to return the Flip Flop Fort is assumed by the customer, we will not reimburse this cost.
Please contact us at helloflipflopforts@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will require a copy of your receipt, your name, address and payment details and provide instructions on how to return the Fort to us.

Warrant Claims:

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing or material defect we will make it right within 6 months of your purchase.
Please email us at helloflipflopforts@gmail.com explaining the defect and we will advise on next steps to repair, rectify or replace your fort.

Warranty Exclusions:

Damage caused by high winds (20 kph+), misuse, negligent use, excessive force, damage caused by fair wear and tear or by not using your Flip Flop Fort in accordance to the instructions. Flip Flop Forts reserves the right to determine if any defect was as a result of manufacturing or misuse.
